ANSWER: Shae’s Niche does not accept returns/exchanges unless the item is found to be defective. All sales are final on all items on the website. Measurements are listed on each product page to ensure accuracy when ordering. As well, each product page notes "see chart below for sizing, as we do not accept returns for sizing errors". If your item is found to be defective, please send an email to email@example.com, please be sure to check the sizing chart before placing your order. Note: if an item is returned unauthorized the cost to re-ship the product will be deducted from your store credit.

We do not accept returns. Only items found to be defective will be accepted for return. Sizing of items is not considered to be a defect of the item. No exceptions. Sorry. Note: if an item is defective, we must be notified within 14 days of receipt of the item to be eligible for an exchange. After 14 days, we will not allow a refund/exchange/store credit. No returns on any items unless they are found to be defective.
